The whole first floor was flooded during Hurricane Harvey and took almost a whole year to become totally habitable again. The Kitchen has great storage and lots of easily accessible pull-outs and drawers. The easy-maintenance wood-look tile floor is durable for a family with young children and a dog. The Professional appliances work well for the husband who enjoys cooking, while the steam oven offers quick and healthy meals for the busy wife.

The walls were destroyed 4 feet up the wall. Detailed carpentry work restored this “man cave” back to its rich mahogany wood paneling. The built-in has file drawers and pull-out shelves allowing easy reach for important papers. The “hidden” door to the under stair storage closet was totally remade. A Powder Room with the new furniture-style vanity with plenty of storage and new, more evenly distributed lighting.
